Our Return Policy
We accept returns of most unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Bathing and Waste Disposal products
- Bedding and Beds that have been removed from packaging
- Opened packages of Biscuits and Bones
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request” and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same return process above
- In your email, clearly state what you’d like to exchange for
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Please note it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (like broken aquatic toys or malfunctioning anti-barking devices):

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
